The Split is a food hall-like renaissance born from what used to be Izakaya Sensu and Chotto Matte. Located on the ground floor of Seven Neo in Bonifacio Global City, it brings together four of Raintree Hospitality Group's most beloved brands under one vibrant roof.

Led by Chef Kalel Chan, The Split embraces the way Filipinos naturally eat: shared plates, mixed orders, food passed around the table, and multiple cravings satisfied all at once. It's not just a restaurant -- it's a dining experience designed for how we actually gather.

Chef Kalel Chan heads The Split's kitchen, bringing together the best of four Raintree restaurants past and present. His menu features signature creations that span Filipino and Japanese cuisines -- from Sesame Furikake Crusted Tuna Tataki and Lumpiang Ubod 'Pie Tree' to Spicy U.S. Beef Mala Steamboat Sinigang.
